Christopher Mathurin – Director (CEO)
As Director and Chief Executive Officer, Christopher Mathurin leads the organisation’s strategic development and oversees its operational standards. Working closely with property developers, he ensures every facility is compliant with Ofsted requirements and provides a safe and high-quality environment for young people. Christopher is responsible for property maintenance and operational matters, making certain that each home is consistently cared for and maintained to an excellent standard. With 10 years of experience supporting young people, he is passionate about helping them recognise their abilities and achieve their full potential. Christopher has guided many individuals in building confidence, identifying their strengths and pursuing rewarding career paths suited to their interests. Through practical guidance, encouragement and dependable support, he helps young people develop the skills, resilience and direction required to build fulfilling futures and achieve lasting personal and professional success.

Rita Aujla - Registered Manager
Rita Aujla is a Director of Casa Nuevo with more than 20 years of experience across the health and social care sector. Her career has included a range of leadership positions, through which she has developed extensive knowledge of nursing, residential services, dementia care and the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support. As a Registered Care Home Manager, Rita is recognised for compassionate leadership, sound professional judgement and a consistent focus on positive outcomes for residents, families and care teams. She is passionate about creating safe, welcoming environments where every person feels respected, valued and supported to enjoy a fulfilling life. At Casa Nuevo, Rita combines substantial practical experience with a progressive outlook, helping the organisation maintain exceptional standards while keeping people at the centre of every decision. Anni Charlery is an accomplished housing professional with extensive experience in housing management, income services, welfare guidance and tenancy support. She is also a qualified Mortgage Advisor, giving her valuable insight into homeownership, financial resilience and routes into property. Alongside her professional career, Anni is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the African & Caribbean Youth Organisation (ACYO CIC), an award-winning organisation providing accredited education, leadership, employability and wellbeing programmes for young people across the UK. As a Director of CASA, she brings together her knowledge of housing, property, finance and community development to support the delivery of safe, welcoming accommodation for those who need stability. Anni is committed to helping residents gain the practical skills, confidence and opportunities they need to build secure futures, achieve lasting independence and move forward positively in every area of their lives, with purpose and ambition.
